DIY Snacks | Ice cream Thai Tea

It's easier to make an Ice cream than you think! Enjoy the famous Thai Tea with your spoon in the for of ice cream with a few simple steps and some ingredients we could serve right to your door step. Try :)


  • Nestea milk tea : 2 sachets [get it here]

  • Whipping cream : 200 cc

  • Sugar 2-3 tablespoons

  • Fresh milk : 50 cc

  • Warm water : 200 cc

  • Condensed milk : 2 tablespoons

Cooking steps

  1. Pour whipping cream into the bowl then add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (or more if you like) in it. Begin whipping for 5-10 minutes until it become more solid and dribble. Once it's ready, you'll noted that the peak will become stiff but yet to be firmly solid.

  2. Prepare a separated bowl and mix 200 cc of warm water with 2 sachets of Nestea milk tea until they're blended then add 2 table spoons of condensed milk and mix them altogether again.

  3. Pour well-blended milk tea from (2) into a bowl of whipped cream from point (1) then slowly stir them altogether until they've become the same texture.

  4. Pour blended mixture from point (3) into a plastic container and put it into the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. We highly recommend to bring it out and stir once every hour which will help its texture to be softer and smoother.

  5. Boom! ready to serve :)
