We're back! Say goodbye to old ways of eating instant noodles. It's not only pouring the water with the seasonings inside. Because today we'll continue introducing 7 DIY (Do-It-Yourself) instant noodle menus out-of-the-box which will change your ways of eating instant noodles forever.

7 DIY (Do-It-Yourself) instant noodle menus out-of-the-box

Menu #5 Spicy Fried Noodle for Vegetarian - Don't worry if you can't have all those meats. We also have a simple menu for vegetarians with low calories from Khun Heng Sunshine here for your selection

Spicy Fried Noodle for Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • Wai Wai Pad Char Baby Clam : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Frozen tofu (sliced into small pieces) : 50 grams

  • Mushrooms (sliced into small pieces) : 50 grams

  • Bird chilli : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Cabbage : 3-5 slices

  • Baby corn (sliced) : 50 grams

  • Goat pepper : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Pepper : 1 tablespoon

  • Oyster sauce : 2 tablespoons

  • Basil : 8-10 leaves

  • Sugar : 1 teaspoon

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Wai Wai Pad Char Baby Clam" noodles in the water for 3 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring it up from the water and put in a separated plate and mix with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  2. Put vegetable oil in a frying pan with medium heat then add frozen tofu and mushrooms until they turns yellow and bring them up and put in a separated plate

  3. Add bird chilli into a frying pan follows with cabbage and baby corn

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and continue frying until you can smell its aroma then add boiled noodles and the rest of seasonings (including fried tofu and mushrooms)

  5. Finish with peppers, goat peppers and basils quickly then ... boom! ready to serve :)

Menu #6 Noodle Burger - Yep, you read it correctly. Actually it's a noodle cheese burger from Member 1738964 of Pantip.com who used instant noodle instead wheat flour

Noodle Burger

Ingredients

  • Mama Minced Pork : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Egg : 1 egg

  • Iodized salt : 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar : 1 tablespoon

  • Minced pork or beef : 100 grams

  • Bacon : 2 slices

  • Parmesan cheese : 1 tablespoon

  • ฺBreadcrumb : 2 tablespoons

  • Yolk : 1 yolk

  • Pepper : 1 tablespoon

  • Mayonnaise, tomato sauce and mustard : (up to your preference)

  • Onions :3-5 slices

  • Butter : 2 teaspoons

  • Lettuce : 3-5 slices

  • Salad dressing : (up to your preference)

  • Cheese : 1 slice

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Mama Minced Pork" noodles in the water for 1 minute (separate out seasonings for now) then bring it up from the water, mix with 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of iodized salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and put them in 2 pieces of circle shape container then freeze them in a refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

  2. Separately mix minced pork/beef and sliced bacon with parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and yolk then add 1 teaspoon of iodized salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper until all have been blended then wrap them with plastic in a circle shape and freeze them in a refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard all together (proportion is up to your preference)

  4. Fry onions and butter then slightly adding sugar, iodized salt and pepper until they turn brown

  5. Bring out frozen noodle buns from Step-1 and fry with medium heat

  6. Bring out frozen meat from Step-2 and fry with high heat until you can smell it by your nose

  7. Put both noodle buns and meat together follow with cheese and the sauce in Step-3 along with fried onions and fresh salad made from lettuce ... boom! ready to serve :)

Menu #7 Noodle Pizza - The perfect mix of western and eastern style using instant noodles instead of wheat flour with an easy to make step-by-step guide from Khun yoyomax12

Noodle Pizza

Ingredients

  • Mama Minced Pork : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Egg : 2 eggs

  • Fresh milk : 1/4 cup

  • Iodized salt : 1/4 teaspoon

  • Ricotta cheese : 1 cup

  • Pizza sauce : 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese (sliced) : 1 cup

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Mama Minced Pork" noodles in the water for 5 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring it up from the water and put in a separated plate

  2. Separately mix 1 egg, fresh milk and iodized salt together then add boiled noodles from Step-1 in until they're all blended before put them on a circular tray and bake in an oven around 10 minutes at 425 Fahrenheit degrees

  3. Put ricotta cheese all over the baked noodles follow with pizza sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese then continue baking for 15 minutes ... boom! ready to serve :)
